Falls Crossing agenda set

At its special meeting convened on Tuesday, Dec. 14, the

Snoqualmie Planning Commission agreed on a schedule for future sessions on

the proposed Falls Crossing development:

• At the regularly scheduled Dec. 20 meeting, the commission

was scheduled to discuss viewsheds and the property’s south buffer..

• Monday, Jan. 3 _ regularly scheduled meeting to discuss

water availability. The panel will also discuss fish and wildlife on the site

with representatives of the Washington State Department of Fish and

Wildlife.

• Wednesday, Jan. 12 _ special meeting to discuss traffic analysis

with Larry Toedtli of the Transpo Group. The commission will also talk

about stormwater and drainage issues with Snoqualmie Public Works

Director Gary Armstrong and Malcolm Laythom of Northwest

Hydraulic Consultants, Inc.

• Monday, Jan. 17 _ the regularly scheduled meeting will not be held

due to the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.

• Wednesday, Jan. 19 _ special meeting for a discussion of the

gateway issues.

All meetings are scheduled to start at 7 p.m. and typically run three

hours. The city advises that the proposed agenda should not be interpreted

as preventing the planning commission from discussing other topics related

to the proposed development during the meetings.
