Their first conference game is coming up Wednesday, but the Mount Si Wildcats have made a strong showing in girls fastpitch this season with two wins and a loss for the weekend.

The girls traveled to Wenatchee Point Park Friday, March 18 for a non-conference game. They defeated Wenatchee 14-1. The following day, they were at Wenatchee’s Sterling Sportsplex, where they split two games with the Eastmont Wildcats, losing the first game 5-8, then coming back for an 18-1 victory.

The girls play Newport High School at Newport Wednesday and their first home game will be Friday, March 25, against Eastlake. Game time is 4 p.m.
