Basketball ‘Bird Battle’ planned

The annual “Battle of the Birds” basketball game between the Chief Kanim Hawks and the Snoqualmie Middle School Eagles will be held on Thursday evening, March 30.

The seventh-grade varsity game will begin at 6 p.m. in the Mount Si gym. Following the seventh-grade game will be the eighth-grade varsity game, featuring two very talented teams. Admission for this event will be $2 for adults and high-school students, $1 for elementary- and middle-school students, or no cost to middle-school students with ASB cards. Children younger than age 6 who are accompanied by a parent will be admitted free. Concessions will be available.

Soccer battle planned at MSHS

The annual “Battle of the Birds” soccer contest between the Chief Kanim Hawks and the Snoqualmie Middle School Eagles will be held Wednesday evening, March 29.

The match up will begin at 7 p.m. in the Mount Si High School stadium. Admission for this event will be $2 for adults and high-school students, $1 for elementary- and middle-school students, or no cost to middle-school students with ASB cards. Children younger than age 6 who are accompanied by a parent will be admitted free. Concessions will be available.
