14U team is District 3 champ

Pictured is the Mount Rainier 14U Babe Ruth All-Star team. The team, made up of nine players from the Snoqualmie Valley and three from Enumclaw, recently won the District 3 Kingco Championship and will soon be off to the the state tournament. During the district tournament the Rainiers beat Issaquah, Redmond and Sammamish by a combined score of 41 to 17 and had a team batting average of 516.
Team members are Kyle Roach, Mark Stetson, Alex Hiebert, Matthew Lynne, Stuart Hallock, Tucker Edwards-King, Sean Snead, Michael Ptopshnik, Michael Davenport, Tanner Bartlett, Mitch Stewart and Travis Lamotte.
