The reputation of the Snoqualmie Valley schools is an excellent one and was a significant factor in our recent move to North Bend. Having been employed in education for over 30 years, I can personally vouch for the variety of programs, the attention to smaller class size (particularly with students who aren’t meeting the state benchmarks) and the dedicated commitment of the teachers and administrators I have encountered.

That’s why I joined the Voters for Excellence Committee and am working to ensure passage of the upcoming levy renewal on Feb. 5. The Snoqualmie Valley School District competes with the highly touted Eastside schools because this community backs their schools at the polls, in the classroom and with their pocketbooks.

I urge all SVSD voters to maintain their positive voting record at the polls on Feb. 5 and vote “yes” for schools!
