This is a letter of gratitude and a big “thank you” to Jim

McKiernan. You have captured many memories on film for many families of the

young men and women athletes of the Snoqualmie Valley.

My son, Steve, has been in the high-school football program for

the past four years and you have given the sports program extremely good

coverage and write-ups. Your dedication to your job and the newspaper

is greatly appreciated by many.

Your pictures and stories will live on in many young peoples’

scrapbooks and family albums. Without these pictures and articles,

many memories would be lost. May the nostalgia and memories go on.
