In the Nov. 1 edition of the Valley Record, North Bend City Council members Ed Carlson and Mark Sollitto were misquoted in the story “Here Comes The Neighborhood.” The words of future councilman Bill Wittress were attributed to Carlson, while Carlson’s words were attributed to Sollitto.

In the Oct. 25 edition of the Valley Record, the distance between the Frank and Pam McFadden’s house and the site of the Northwest Railway Museum’s Conservation and Restoration center was incorrect in the story “Effort to build train museum slowed by suit.” The distance is several hundred feet, according to testimony given to the Shoreline Hearings Board.
