Candidate thanks supporters

Letter to the Editor

I’m writing this letter before the primary held on Sept. 14. In fact,

when you read this, we still may not know the outcome of the City Council

race in Snoqualmie.

I did want to take this opportunity to thank the many, many

individuals who have helped me in my first campaign to an elected position. It

has been so gratifying that so many of my friends and acquaintances have

“come out of the woodwork” on my behalf.

I would like to personally thank the following: Josh Assing, Matt

Stone, Joanne and Oscar Meador, Paul Mosher, Cathy Runkle, Ed Wentz,

Ted and Liz Vollbrecht, Dan Neether, Pam Jones, Bill Staggs, Lee Briggs,

Betty Harris, Frank Myers, Dave Battey, Yolanda LePlay, Betty

Carmichael, Brenda Foster, Barbara and Roger Feldman, Kathy Stensland,

Harry Goodwin, Jenny and Gary Davis, Gordon Mayrand, Linda Larion,

Dennis Arriaga, Garlie King, James Reynolds, and especially Patty Pecora,

Events Coordinator of Snoqualmie Ridge, for support and advice.

I hope I haven’t forgotten anyone, but again, thanks so much.

Now we wait for the outcome.

Carol Peterson
