Betty Lou Eggert passed away on November 28, 2018 at the age of 83. She was born on October 30, 1935 in Alton, MO. She had been a resident at Regency North Bend Nursing Center after suffering a stroke in 2011.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Austin (Ozzie) Eggert on April 30, 2018.

She is survived by daughters, Linda (Ron) Trombley, and Diane (Mark) Henry, stepson Steven (Tracee) Eggert and 3 sisters, 1 brother, 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Betty and Ozzie moved to the Snoqualmie Valley in the early 1960’s for work and to raise their family.

She worked as a cook at the Gateway Cafe in North Bend for many years, then at Big Edd’s restaurant in Snoqualmie, where she became well known for her delicious homemade pies.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 2:00pm at Snoqualmie United Methodist Church, 38701 SE River St, Snoqualmie, WA 98065.
