Westbound I-90 to see lane reductions in April, May

I-90 near Preston to be down to one lane for pavement repairs

Those driving along westbound I-90 near Preston in April and May may experience some heavier than usual traffic.

Beginning Sunday, April 9, the Washington State Department of Transportation will continue pavement repairs on I-90 east of Issaquah that began last summer. Repairs will leave only one westbound lane open. Lanes will be close 24/7 during construction.

April closures will last from:9 p.m. Sunday, April 10 through 4 a.m Thursday, April 12.

9 p.m. Sunday, April 17 through 4 a.m Thursday, April 19.

May closures will last from:10 a.m. Monday, May 14, through 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 18.

10 a.m. Monday, May 21, through 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 25.
