Snoqualmie Valley Hospital celebrates further expansion at Ridge clinic

The Snoqualmie Valley Hospital has continued expansion at its clinic on southeast Kinsey Street, launching the Snoqualmie Ridge Med Aesthetics & Wellness as its newest service line.

On Wednesday, hospital leadership, joined by city officials and the SnoValley Chamber of Commerce, held a grand opening ceremony for the medical aesthetics service. The ceremony coincides with the Snoqualmie Ridge Medical Clinic reopening following an interior remodel last month.

It also comes nearly a year after the hospital opened an urgent care at the clinic, aiming provide more accessible options to its patients.

“A little bit of a secret is this isn’t the last thing we’re going to do,” hospital CEO Renee Jensen told spectators Wednesday prior to a ribbon cutting ceremony.

Snoqualmie Mayor Katherine Ross was also in attendance and congratulated SVH on a successful remodel and their expansion.

“[They]’re always investing in our community,” she said

Snoqualmie Ridge Med Aesthetics & Wellness will offer a range of skincare treatments, including injections, peel and fillers that help with scarring and signs of aging and sun damage.

“We don’t think of medical aesthetics as Botox and anti-aging, or what have you, but as being beautiful as we age,” Jensen said.

The medical aesthetics service will be overseen by Tammy Moore, a primary care doctor and vice president of strategic growth at SVH.

“[W]e believe this opportunity allows us to broaden our offerings in service to our patients,’ Moore said in a statement.

“With a focus on wellness including skin care, skin rejuvenation, facial balancing, weight loss and aging, our medical aesthetics program partners with the primary care team to ensure whole-person, comprehensive care.”

SVH’s medical clinic is located at 35020 SE Kinsey Street in Snoqualmie.
