Snoqualmie Casino and Hotel has announced plans to open its new hotel in August and is now taking reservations.
The hotel, several years in the making, will include a spa, a fitness center, an indoor pool and hot tub, a 2,000-seat convention space and additional casino gaming space. There will also be two new dining options: a sports bar and a second location of the casino’s coffee shop, Drip.
“We are incredibly excited to open reservations and give guests the opportunity to plan their getaway to the new Snoqualmie Casino and Hotel,” said Mary Lou Patterson, CEO of Snoqualmie Casino and Hotel, in a news release. “Whether you’re a culinary explorer, a nature lover or a gaming enthusiast, luxury awaits you here. We’ve created a destination that delivers Pacific Northwest charm with world-class amenities.”
The new booking portal is at snocasino.com. It is recommended that guests book early, as demand is expected to be high, and several days throughout the end of the year are already sold out.
There are six room types available, including deluxe and premium king and double queen rooms, as well as a grand suite and a signature suite. Many of the rooms include views of Mount Si and the Snoqualmie Valley.
Snoqualmie Casino broke ground on its $400 million expansion in July 2022. Phase one of construction was on the valet entrance and parking facilities; phase two was construction of a convention space; and construction is now being completed on phase three, which is centered on the 210-room hotel tower.
The convention space will be 32,000 square feet and will have breakout rooms available so multiple meetings or conferences can be held at the same time, according to Amanda Beltran, Snoqualmie Casino and Hotel spokesperson.
The hotel’s new, non-smoking slot floor will be located near the hotel’s lobby with nearly 400 of the most popular slot machines, Beltran said.
The hotel is also expected to bring in 200-250 jobs, and the casino will continue running the employee shuttle it started during construction to “make life easy, not only for new team members, but existing team members,” former Snoqualmie Casino CEO Stanford Le told the Snoqualmie Valley Record in 2023. The shuttles take employees from the casino to Kent and Covington.
