Justin Byrd and Pamela (Spokus) Crilly have announced the recent birth of their daughter, Kaylee Marie Byrd. Kaylee was born at 12:25 p.m. on April 12 at Swedish Hospital Medical Center in Issaquah. She weighed six pounds, six ounces, and was 17.5 inches long.

Kaylee’s grandparents are John and Kathy (Rush) Spokus of Carnation, John and Jayne Lindemulder of Duvall. Kaylee has one brother, Ethan, age 5.
If passed, violators would be charged with a misdemeanor, and face a fine of $1,000 and/or 90 days in jail upon conviction.
