Several new businesses near Center Boulevard on Snoqualmie Ridge are projected to open their doors in late November or early December, according to Mark McDonald, developer.

These businesses include Cascade Dance Academy, Snoqualmie Ridge Athletic Club, Ana’s Family Style Mexican Restaurant, Bliss-Spa on the Ridge, Snoqualmie Valley Kid’s Dentist, Talay Thai and Snoqualmie Ridge Physical Therapy. Snoqualmie Ridge Early Learning Center, also part of the complex, has been open for four weeks. Hip 2-b Square Scrapbooking is scheduled to open in October. There is still 752 square feet of retail space left for interested businesses.

A block away, Kirby Nelson Orthodontics, Emerald City Smoothie, a pet food store, an ice cream store, a fish-and-chips restaurant and Nick-N-Willy’s (take-and-bake pizza) are part of a different project that’s just beginning at the Center Boulevard location.

Kimble Creek Village, a separate development located on Snoqualmie Parkway across from the Snoqualmie Fire Station, will be completed in December. The retail spaces will be turned over to the business owners in December. The individual businesses are projected to open in late March, early April, according to Jennifer Berge, manager of Palace Properties Inc. The Plaza will include Subway, Garlic Jim’s Pizza, Teriyaki By the Bay, Kimble Creek Village Dry Cleaners, Sushi Town, Snoqualmie Nails and Premium Cigar and Wine.
