Saturday, March 5

Mischief: At 3:51 p.m., police got a call reporting that someone had walked into the caller’s yard in the night, uprooted an ornamental fence, threw the hose around, and scattered bird seed. When police arrived at the house, in the 40000 block of S.E. North Bend Way, North Bend, they found a debit card at the scene. No items were reported missing.

Suspicious: At 11:26 p.m., a man sitting behind a pillar stuffing items into a briefcase on the 100 block of Bendigo Boulevard in North Bend was reported to police. Police contacte the man, who said he was trying to stay out of the wind while repacking his bag.

Threats: At 3:47 p.m., police received a call from a man whose wife was in a verbal altercation with another man over a dog fight at the three Forks Dog Park in Snoqualmie. The man threatened the caller’s wife and baby then left the park. Police were unable to find the man.

Monday, March 7

Suspicious: At 10:57 a.m., a suspicious man looking into houses and driveways on East Park Street, North Bend was reported to police. The caller said the man was seen testing back doors. He left westbound toward Railroad Station. Police were unable to locate the subject.

Tuesday, March 8

Disturbance: At 7:48 p.m., police received a call reporting a neighbor throwing a bed out of their window. When police arrive the neighbors told them they were just moving furniture and threw the bed out of the window instead of taking it down the stairs.

Wednesday, March 9

Suspicious: At 6:54 p.m., police were called to the 400 block of East North Bend Way, North Bend because a man was looking through garbage cans. When police arrived, the man told them he was looking through the recycling bin for coupons.

Vehicle prowl: At 5:03 p.m., police received a call reporting a vehicle with a window smashed out on S.E. Winery Road in Snoqualmie. A backpack and a flute were taken from the vehicle.

Thursday, March 10

Weakness: At 7:18 p.m., firefighters were called to the home of an 88-year-old man who reported suddenly becoming weak. They evaluated the man but he refused further treatment and was left at home with instructions to call if his symptoms returned.

Friday, March 11

Smoke: At 12:55 p.m., the department received a report of a motor home fire near a home. They arrived to find a small amount of gray smoke coming from inside a motor home, but no fire. They investigated and determined that the smoke was from a small portable heater that had tipped over. There was no damage to the motor home.

Saturday, March 12

Accident: At 3:22 p.m., firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident in the area of 332 Avenue S.E. and the Redmond-Fall City Road. Two vehicles were involved and three people were treated for minor injuries and transported to a hospital.

Monday, March 14

Allergy: At 12:53 a.m., the department assisted a 23-year-old woman who was having an allergic reaction. She was evaluated and released to stay at home with her mother.

False alarm: At 5:18 p.m., firefighters responded to a medical alert alarm. The alarm was false.

Tuesday, March 15

Anxiety: At 4:39 a.m., the department was called to assist a 20-year-old woman said to have been having an anxiety attack. She was evaluated and released at the scene.

Wednesday, March 16

Weakness: At 12:59 p.m., the department assist a 69-year-old man who’d fallen down because of weakness from chemotherapy treatments. They evaluated the patient and released him to stay at home.

Fatal crash: At 2:33 p.m., firefighters responded to a report of a head-on motor vehicle accident just north of Fall City on the Fall City-Carnation Road. One patient was found dead at the scene and another was treated and transported to a local hospital for further evaluation and treatment.

Accident: At 3:18 a.m., firefighters responded to a one-car motor vehicle accident in the area of Tolt Hill Road and the Fall City-Carnation Road. One patient was transported to a hospital for minor injuries.

Monday, March 14

Alarm problem: At 9:16 p.m., Snoqualmie firefighters were dispatched to a residential automatic fire alarm on Silent Creek Avenue SE. They met with the homeowners who said they were trying to update their alarm system when it went into trouble mode. Firefighters advised them to contact their alarm company to make sure the system was working properly.

Medical aid: In addition, Snoqualmie EMTs responded to 19 medical incidents, bringing the total number of calls to date to 201.
