One of the closest, and often best fireworks shows put on for Independence Day is right in the Valley, in Carnation.
Carnation’s fireworks show starts at dusk. The best viewing area is in Tolt-MacDonald Park, which has free parking and festivities going on all day. Visitors are advised to avoid the area just north of the park, where the fireworks are expected to fall after discharge.
