Your help is appreciated at Mount Si Helping Hand Food Bank

I would to thank the community for their ongoing support of the Mount Si Helping Hand Food bank. Last month we received nearly 300 donated turkeys and were able to provide a turkey to each family that wanted one for Thanksgiving. In addition to providing holiday meal items for the Christmas season, the food bank would like to offer our clients something that we do not provide very often. Many of us take personal hygiene products such as soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste and other toiletries for granted. These items can be costly and are greatly appreciated by our clients.

If you would like to participate in making a special contribution you may bring your personal hygiene donations to the food bank Monday between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., Tuesday between 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and Wednesday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. As always, financial contributions are greatly appreciated as they allow us to maximize the value of every dollar by purchasing the most needed food items at wholesale.

At the Mount Si Helping Hand Food Bank, we recognize the value of each person and continue to provide the best service possible. We are so grateful and blessed to be supported by such a generous community that helps us fulfill our mission to end hunger in the Snoqualmie Valley.

Thank you,
