Letters | An incredible fitness experience

The Cross Fit World Championships, held July 29 to 31, in Carson, Calif., were incredible! In my division, age 45 to 49, there were 19 competitors. Every one of them were genuine, supportive and competitive. This sport is truly incredible because of the people it attracts. There were over 9,000 fans watching the final events. This sport is growing fast because it defines your strength and willpower! There is a mutual respect because everyone that does Cross Fit is a hero in their own way.

This sport will also expose your weaknesses. It sure exposed mine.
