The Snoqualmie Valley Schools Foundation is pleased to announce the Small Hands to Big Plans luncheon held on Thursday, March 22, raised a record of nearly $90,000 through corporate sponsorships and individual donations and pledges.

Nearly 250 people were on hand to hear more about STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) education in our state, celebrate our educators of the year, and learn more about the funding provided by the Foundation.

We were also thrilled to announce that the Foundation is partnering with the school district and Microsoft’s TEALS program to bring two computer science courses to Mount Si High School next year.

We are awed by the generosity of our community and excited this funding will enable us to do so much more for our students and educators in the coming year.

Thank you to all who have chosen to champion education by providing much needed funding for education; together we are ensuring excellence and providing opportunities for every student, in every classroom, in every school of the Snoqualmie Valley School District.
