Lymberis named to Ridge II post

Quadrant Corp., a subsidiary of Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Co. and developer of Snoqualmie Ridge, has recently announced that Pete Lymberis has joined the Snoqualmie Ridge team as senior development manager for Snoqualmie Ridge II.

“Pete comes to Snoqualmie Ridge with extensive knowledge of project design and management,” said David Dorothy, director of Snoqualmie Ridge II. “He has managed various master-planning projects at the Redmond Ridge planned community, Costco World headquarters and the REI campus. He is an excellent addition to our team.”

Snoqualmie Ridge, a 1,340-acre planned community, sold 519 homes in 2000 and 2001 combined, more than any other planned community in Washington state. Snoqualmie Ridge II is a 725-acre extension of Snoqualmie Ridge.
