Buchan Homes has new broke

John L. Scott Real Estate announces the opening of a new franchise office in North Bellevue. The Bellevue North office is owned by John Buchan, owner of John F. Buchan Homes and Buchan Properties, one of the largest builders of single and multifamily housing in the greater Puget Sound area, including Snoqualmie Ridge.
Through this affiliation, John L. Scott’s Bellevue North franchise will operate as the exclusive broker for John F. Buchan. The company’s former in-house broker, Windermere Real Estate, converted to a John L. Scott franchise March 1, increasing John L. Scott Real Estate to 109 offices. The John L. Scott Bellevue North franchise will operate from John F. Buchan Homes’ corporate office, located at 2821 Northup Way, Suite 100.
