April 3

Funny First Friday at Remlinger, 5:30-8:30 p.m.: Remlinger Farms has a new, all‑ages stand‑up comedy show. Families can enjoy a night out together, with a dedicated area for little ones to play and stay entertained while the grown‑ups take in the show. Bigger kids can dive into the on‑site arcade, making it a perfect evening where everyone gets to have fun in their own way. Kids age 12 and under get in free. Tickets are $13.62 and can be purchased at remlingerfarms.com/funny-first-friday-the-farm.

Teen flashlight egg hunt, 8:30 p.m.: The Snoqualmie teen flashlight egg hunt will be at Community Park. The Trail Youth Coffee Home will have a coffee cart from 7:30-8:30 p.m. After the hunt, teens are invited to the Snoqualmie Valley YMCA for a teen takeover. Event is free and for those ages 12-17.

April 4

North Bend Easter egg hunt, 9-10 a.m.: Join Si View Metro Parks for an egg hunt at Si View Park, followed by a pancake breakfast at Moose Lodge. The hunt will be divided into five age groups. There will also be photos with the Easter Bunny. Event is free.

Snoqualmie Easter egg hunt, 10 a.m.: Snoqualmie’s annual Bunny Hop Egg Hunt will be at Centennial Fields and is open to kids ages 1-12. Event is complete with Mr. Bunny riding into the park on a Snoqualmie fire engine. Thousands of eggs are placed, divided on the field in age groups. Arrive early; hunt begins at 10 a.m. sharp.

Seeding 101 at First Light Farm, 10 a.m. to noon: Learn to start your own seeds in this two-hour class with Jeremy Houston, First Light Farm’s field manager. You’ll go home with knowledge of the best kind of propagating soil, seeding techniques and more. Become a confident grower of your own seeds. Registration is $30 and can be done at firstlightfarm-upick.square.site. Kids can attend for free if the farm is notified in advance.

Downtown Snoqualmie is Hopping, 10:30-11:30 a.m.: Visit businesses in historic downtown Snoqualmie for photos with Mr. Bunny. There will also be special treats from participating businesses.

5k Eggstravaganza, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Kids ages 10 and under can participate in an egg hunt at the Mount Si High School track. A 5k around the track will raise funds for Snoqualmie Valley Young Life summer camp. Check in for the run is 11 a.m. to noon. Register at svyl.younglife.org/5k-eggstravaganza.

Duvall Easter egg hunt, 1-3 p.m.: Join community members at the Dougherty Farmstead for Duvall’s annual egg hunt. There will be four age groups for hunting to ensure everyone gets an equal opportunity. This special event is brought to you by Buddy Buck Real Estate in collaboration with the city of Duvall. Event is free; food will be available for purchase at a food truck. Parking is available at Holy Innocents Catholic Church. For more information, visit duvalleaster.com.

April 5

Easter at the Summit, 9 a.m.: Join the Summit at Snoqualmie for an Easter boot hunt. Gold and silver boots will be hidden across the open base areas. Find and exchange them at guest services for prize packs. Visit @summitatsnoqualmie for hints about where boots are hidden.

Curious Creators kids makerspace, 2-4 p.m.: Kids ages 6-10 and their guardians are invited to stop in and make art at North Bend Art and Industry’s Center for Creativity. Curious Creators provides free art exploration every Sunday afternoon. There will be various activities and mediums to keep curiosity moving.

April 7

Tax Help Tuesdays 12-3 p.m.: Trained AARP tax aide volunteers will be at the North Bend Library offering free tax help every Tuesday through April 14. Walk-in only. No age limit. AARP membership not required. Accessible to Spanish speakers.

April 8

Sasquatch stories, 1-2 p.m.: Join local story-teller Ralph Westermann at the Sno-Valley Senior Center in Carnation for an hour of Sasquatch and other stories. Learn basic Bigfoot behaviors in an entertaining way. Event is free, but registration is needed. Sign up at carnationwa.gov/event/sasquatch-stories.

Makers meet up, 5-8 p.m.: North Bend Art and Industry hosts adult makers meet ups at its Center for Creativity every Wednesday. Stop in to work on your current project or join in a community project, chat with other makers and enjoy community. Free event.

April 10

Community talks with new North Bend police chief: North Bend’s incoming Police Chief Ed Hall invites residents to join him in community conversation about local public safety and the city’s new police department, through a contract with King County Sheriff’s Office. Hall will be at Hartwood Cafe from 9-10 a.m. and Volition Brewing from 5-6 p.m.

April 10-26

Valley Center Stage spring show: Valley Center Stage presents “The Importance of Being Earnest,” a comedy by Oscar Wilde. Shows are at the Sallal Grange in North Bend on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout the month. Tickets are $25 for general admission, $18 for seniors or military members, $14 for students and $10 for kids ages 10 and under. Thursday shows have a “pay what you can” model. April 11

Oxbow Farm restoration work party, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Oxbow Farm and Conservation Center outside Carnation is hosting another restoration work party. Volunteers can help plant native species, remove invasive plants and promote resilient landscapes. Registration is required and can be done by filling out a volunteer application at oxbow.org.
