Rotary funds fight hunger

Rotary of Snoqualmie Valley recently presented a check for $10,000 to Rotary First Harvest.

The President’s Cup golf tournament (www.TPCRotaryGolf.com)  is held in June of each year at the TPC Snoqualmie Ridge, proceeds from that event are forwarded back to the community. Since the inception of the President’s Cup in 2013, a million and a half servings of food have been generated for Washington’s families in the Snoqualmie Valley. Rotary First Harvest’s mission ensures that a good portion of those servings are fresh food, from local agriculture.

Rotary meets every Thursday morning at the TPC Golf Club at 7 a.m.  Meetings are open to the public.
