Training session, meeting on North Bend winter shelter planned

A Valley Renewal Center volunteer training session is planned for 6 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 18, at the North Bend Library, 115 East 4th St.

All volunteers interested in serving in any capacity at the winter shelter, outside of meals, should complete this one-night training, along with a background check, prior to visiting the shelter.
