Changing Seasons Farm near Carnation became an island in a Nov. 18 flood, also the S.R.203 roundabout between Carnation and Duvall.

Don’t try this: A truck makes its way through floodwaters to a Valley farm during a Nov. 18 flood. Law enforcement and EMS agents urge drivers to never drive through flooded areas.
