SNOQUALMIE – Work began this week on clearing and grading land south of the Snoqualmie Parkway, the site of the future Kimball Creek Village that was part of the Snoqualmie Preservation Initiative.

Dave Yasuda, real estate manager for Puget Western Inc. (PWI), the development company that owns the 11-acre parcel, said the work wouldn’t take longer than 60 days.

The site is located west of the intersection of the Parkway and State Route 202, on the south side of the Parkway. According to PWI, when developed it will include 35 multi-family dwelling units, 50 townhouses, 20,000 square feet of retail space and 120,000 square feet of office space.
