Ruhland receives scholarship at North Dakota State University

Emilee Ruhland, daughter of Michael and Sara Ruhland of Snoqualmie, received a $1,000 North Dakota University Freshman Academic Scholarship. Ruhland will enter NDSU in the fall and plans to major in pharmacy.
