Volunteers needed at Sno Valley Food Bank

Snoqualmie Valley Food Bank is seeking volunteers for several positions, including grocery rescue and distribution.

Grocery Rescue volunteers use their own vehicles to collect food from local grocery stores and bring donations back to the food bank. Training is required for this position

Distribution volunteers help distribute food to food bank clients on Mondays or Wednesdays.

To volunteer or get more information, contact the food bank operations manager, Lori, at (425) 888-7832 or stop in, 122 E. Third St. in North Bend.

Main office volunteers are also needed, to assist clients with signing up for SNAP (food stamps) and other assistance. Training is required. Contact Nancy Jones at mcnrjones@comcast.net.
