Benefit planned for North Bend man injured in bus crash

A benefit dinner for Zach Solomon, a North Bend man who was injured in a car accident Sept. 21, is planned for 5 to 9 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 7, at the Snoqualmie Valley Moose Lodge in North Bend.

Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 10 and younger. The event will include a dinner, plus live and silent auctions. Dinner and the silent auction run from 5 to 6:30 p.m. A live auction begins at 7:15 p.m.

Solomon was seriously injured in the collision with a school bus, Sept. 21 on Mount Si Road, and he remains in intensive care at Harborview Medical Center.

Donations of auction items are welcome and can be dropped off this week at Huxdotter’s Coffee.

Cash donations can be made for Solomon, in Michelle Solomon’s name at Sno Falls Credit Union.
