Recycle electronics at the Grange this weekend

Sallal Grange is hosting a free electronics recycling event, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 1 and 2, at the Sallal Grange Hall, 12912 432nd Ave. S.E., North Bend.
Items accepted for recycling include TVs and computer monitors, but not CRTs or projection TVs, computer servers, desktops, laptops and tablets, computer parts printers, scanners and copiers, hand-held power tools, cell phones, cameras, small appliances, stereo equipment, video games and consoles and cables. All cell phones collected during this event will be donated to Verizon’s Hopeline program, which connects survivors of domestic violence to vital resources and funds organizations nationwide. For details, visit www.verizonwireless.com/aboutus/hopeline.
