Citizens have more time to apply for Snoqualmie board spots

Application deadline for openings on the city of Snoqualmie’s Parks Board and Planning Commission has been extended to Jan. 19. One position is available on the parks board and one on the planning commission.

Parks board members serve four-year terms and the board meets at 7 p.m. on the third Monday of the month. Planning commissioners serve six years, and meet at 7 p.m. on the first and third Mondays.

Applications are available on the city website at cityofsnoqualmie.org in the “Public Participation” box.
