Quilt drive helps Lower Valley’s seniors

This Starburst quilt is up for grabs by a lucky winner in a Fourth of July raffle by the Sno-Valley Senior Center.

This Starburst quilt is up for grabs by a lucky winner in a Fourth of July raffle by the Sno-Valley Senior Center.

One special event the Sno-Valley Senior Center holds during the Fourth of July is the annual quilt raffle.

Tickets are being sold, for $1 a chance, to win a jewel-tone starburst quilt, 72 inches on a side, donated by Joani Wight.

The drawing is 1:30 p.m. Friday afternoon, July 4. You do not need to be present to win.

Proceeds help the center and its work with seniors.
