Carnation to dedicate Tolt Commons shelter Tuesday

Carnation officials will formally dedicate the Tolt Commons picnic shelter in a brief ceremony Tuesday, Sept. 24, at 2:30 p.m.

The shelter, built in partnership with the city and the Sno-Valley Tilth, was completed last year, and hosts the Carnation Farmers Market weekly.
