Floodzilla reports: Rising waters tonight, tomorrow, but no real flooding

Floodzilla, the Lower Valley’s web-based floodwater monitoring station, is keeping an eye on high water on the Snoqualmie River.

Predictions show the river rising this morning, cresting at the forks of the Snoqualmie near North Bend at 11 p.m., tonight at about 13,421 cubic feet per second (cfs).

At the Falls, the crest will come at 5 a.m., at 15,192 cfs, or just under 12 feet. Flood stage is 13 feet.

In Carnation, the river will crest at 5 a.m. Saturday, April 6, at 53.5 feet, or 18,000 cfs. Flood stage is 54 feet.
