Welcome to Snoqualmie: Reception is Wednesday for visiting Korean official, family

A reception for Hoon Choi, Snoqualmie’s latest visiting Korean official, and his wife and family, is 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3 at Snoqualmie City Hall, 38624 S.E. River St.

Choi is the incoming Director  of the Ministry of Public  Administration and Security for the Republic of Korea. He will be studying emergency management in Snoqualmie for 18 months.

Choi’s wife is Hyung Yeon Lim and their twin sons are Yoon Seok Choi and Yoon Ho Choi.
