Tuesday, March 13
Parking problems: At 10:59 a.m., a caller complained to police about vehicles parked within 10 feet of mailboxes in the area of Southeast Epsilon Street and Schusman Avenue Southeast. The officer ticketed the vehicles, and about 30 minutes later, ticketed another vehicle near Schusman and Southeast Delta Street, for parking within 30 feet of a stop sign.
Sunday, March 11
Tagging: At 8:25 a.m., a Snoqualmie parks worker called police to report some vandalism in the 34500 block of Southeast Stellar Way. The worker said some time after noon Saturday, someone had spray-painted the men’s restroom. The vandals used orange spray paint, painting both words and symbols on the walls and floor of the facility, causing an estimated $50 in damage. Police patrolled the park the following evening, but found no more vandalism.
Saturday, March 10
Ousted: At 1:36 p.m., a store owner in the 38800 block of Southeast Newton Street contacted police about two subjects who she believed to be drug addicts. She was concerned they would steal something and asked police to remove them.
Suspended: At 8:54 a.m., an officer checking registration on a vehicle in the 6500 block of Railroad Avenue Southeast found the registered owner to have a suspended license. He stopped the vehicle and the driver identified himself as the owner. He said his license was suspended for a DUI, and that he did not have the court-ordered ignition interlock device installed in his vehicle. The officer arrested the driver and booked him into the Issaquah Jail.
North Bend Police
Tuesday, March 13
Methamphetamine: At 10:40 p.m., police at a vehicle stop in the 43400 block of Southeast Mount Si Road located a substance they believed to be crystal meth. The driver also had several outstanding misdemeanor warrants.
Monday, March 12
Shoplift, assault: At 10:56 p.m., police were called to a store in the 400 block of Southwest Mount Si Boulevard, for a report of a fourth-degree assault. Multiple unknown men had attacked a store employee while they were trying to steal beer from the store.
Fuel theft: At 12:42 p.m., employees of a business in the 43400 block of East North Bend Way reported that one day last week when they came into work, they’d found a truck-mounted fuel tank open. They have also noticed fuel thefts in the past.
Friday, March 9
Felony arrest: At 10:54 p.m. an officer on patrol in the area of Sydney and Southeast North Bend Way, stopped a vehicle with a defective license plate light. In the course of the conversation, the officer found the driver had no vehicle insurance, the passenger was not wearing a seatbelt, and there was a felony arrest warrant outstanding for the driver.

Thursday, March 8
Cycle accident: At 2:31 p.m., firefighters responded to the 30800 block of the Redmond Fall City Road to assist a 50-year-old woman involved in a motorcycle accident. She was evaluated and transported to Evergreen Hospital for further evaluation and treatment.
Friday, March 9
Water rescue: At 8:25 a.m., firefighters responded to what came in as a car versus tree accident along the Fall City Snoqualmie Road. The alarm ended up being a water rescue alarm, where one patient was transported by ambulance to Swedish Hospital Issaquah for further evaluation and treatment.
Help up: At 1:53 p.m., firefighters responded to assist a 90-year-old woman who needed help getting up the stairs to her home.
Saturday, March 10
Sick: At 11:57 p.m., firefighters responded to assist a 36-year-old man who was experiencing flu-like symptoms. He was evaluated and transported to Swedish Hospital Issaquah for further evaluation and treatment.
Sunday, March 11
Big car accident: At 3:01 p.m., firefighters responded to the 30200 block of westbound Interstate 90 for a multiple car accident. Several patients were treated for minor injuries and transported to local hospitals by aid units from Preston and North Bend.
Monday, March 12
Medical calls: 5:16 p.m., firefighters responded to assist a 59-year-old woman experiencing general weakness. While in that area, firefighters were informed of another call for medical aid just down the street. A 54-year-old woman experiencing a bad headache was also evaluated and both patients were transported to local hospitals for further evaluation and treatment.

Dizziness: At 9:11 p.m., firefighters assisted a 54-year-old man experiencing lightheadedness and dizziness. He was evaluated and transported to Swedish Hospital in Issaquah for further evaluation and treatment.

Illegal burn: At 5:10 p.m., firefighters responded to a report of an illegal burn.
Thursday, March 15
Fall: At 12:15 p.m., firefighters responded to assist a 90-year-old man who slipped and fell. He was evaluated and transported to Swedish Hospital in Issaquah for further evaluation and treatment.
