The trial of a Fall City man accused of burning the Snoqualmie Inn is scheduled for October.
James O. Burrows, 59, of Fall City faces charges of first-degree arson and making a fraudulent insurance claim in connection with a May 19, 2005 fire at the inn, located off 384th Avenue Southeast.
Originally scheduled for this month, Burrows’ trial was pushed back to Monday, Oct. 22, in King County Superior Court.
Prosecutors claim Burrows placed “bug bombs” in the deep fryer to start the fire.
