Little League registration held

The Sno Valley North Little League will be holding its registration for the 2002 season as follows: Tuesday, Nov.13, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the Cherry Valley Elementary Library; and Wednesday, Nov. 14, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Carnation Elementary’s multi-purpose room. There is also a contest to rename the league. While at registration, submit votes for a new league name. The winning choice will receive a prize. Fastpitch clinics starting soon

Fastpitch softball clinics will be offered at Chief Kanim Middle School starting Thursday, Nov. 8, and continuing on Thursdays through the end of March. The beginning and intermediate programs are scheduled for 7:30 to 8:30 p.m., and for the advanced players, times are from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m. The clinics are instructed by Virgil Harstad of Diamond Basics.
