Smart athletes

Both smart and athletic: Cedarcrest High School's women's track team was recently announced as the Academic State Champs. Their collective GPA was a 3.8. The team consists of Jodi Sprague, Sarah Gustat, Lindsay Peterson, Abby Kwait, Ashley Grant, Jamie Brooks, Anjuli Brady, Sara Sage, Lauren Trocano, Rachel Sale, Maile Marshall, Candice Shepard, Yingman Law, Kelly Ramirez, Katie Mauer, Erin Kendig, Morgan Jackson, and Adrian Blair. Josh Garcia is the Athletic Director for Cedarcrest; Marc Hillestad is the head coach; Art Kuehn, Lisa Wendell and Bruce McDowell are all assistant coaches.
