Eagles announce athletic awards

Snoqualmie Middle School recently announced its award

recipients for the second or fall season

athletics. They are as follows:

Eighth-grade varsity girls basketball _ Tennyson Salopek, most

inspirational; Amy Keogh, most improved; Rachel Davis, most

valuable; and Kristen Berndt, defensive player of the year.

Seventh-grade varsity girls basketball _ Whitney Beyerlin, most

inspirational; Whitney Chelgren, most improved; Rachel Travis, most

valuable; and Kaycee Crossan, defensive player of the year.

Eighth-grade JV basketball _ Danielle Raver and Jessica

Englund, most inspirational; Danielle Arthur, most improved; and

Heather Riexinger, most valuable.

Seventh-grade JV basketball _ Barbara Holm, most

inspirational; Hayley Macri, most improved; and Heather Berta, most valuable.

Wrestling awards: Curt Davis, eighth-grade most valuable;

Alex Haas, seventh-grade most valuable; Russell Botulinski and Kyle

Davis, eighth-grade most inspirational; and Justin Wright, eighth-grade most

improved.

The eighth-grade wrestlers of the year are Russell Botulinski,

Justin Wright, Curt Davis and Kyle Davis. The seventh-grade wrestlers of

the year are Alex Haas, Trevor Moore, Nate Aspinall, Trevor Louviere,

Chris Brown and Mike Montgomery. The sixth-grade wrestler of the year is

Matt Haas.
