Mount Si mops up on Cedarcrest

The Mount Si JV and “C” teams celebrated the start of February

last Tuesday night by cleaning up on their counterparts from Cedarcrest High.

In the early game, the C-‘Cats inflicted a blowout on the Red

Wolves, winning 48-22. Chris Boring and Chris Lyle led the scoring for the

team, hitting on 11 and 10 points respectively. The JV Wildcats also

dominated in their contest, thumping Cedarcrest 68-49. Leading the scoring for

Mount Si were Sean Fallows with 16 points, Brian Gabriel with 13 and

Jacob Waggoner with 10.

Mount Si girls split with Wolves, Totems

Last Wednesday night at Cedarcrest the Lady Wildcat JV

and “C” teams recorded a split. The

“C” team wasn’t able to avoid a loss, going down to defeat by a score of

47-36. On the plus side the JVs, despite being plagued by multiple line

violations, downed their Cedarcrest opponents, 37-23.

The following Friday brought another split, as the JVs dropped one

to Sammamish by a score of 57-30 while the C-‘Cats won, 49-16.
