The Snoqualmie Valley Track Club, with the Si View Metropolitan Park District, is organizing a series of all-comers track meets, Sundays at the Mount Si High School track, for children ages 4 to 15.

The first all-comers track meet was Sunday, April 30. Upcoming events will run from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 7 and 21.

Kids, parents and family members are all welcome at the events, which provide a chance for families to enjoy a healthy dose of outdoor fitness activities together.

Running events range from 50 meters to the mile. Field events include long jump, turbo javelin and softball throw.
