There’s money to tear down domes

Letter to the Editor.

The last time I looked at the state budget, I noted that auto tabs were

a small percent of it. Now since I voted to reduce my auto tabs, I find that

I have bankrupted the state of Washington.

I am now threatened with possible increases of my property taxes,

additional fees on services that I might require, or have some (services)

reduced or taken away completely. The politicians have had no problems in

finding monies for tearing down domes, building new sports stadiums, giving

themselves raises or perks. They seem to think that I’m stupid, give no merit

to my opinion, and totally ignore me because I cannot afford to give

monies to their campaigns.

Rest assured that come election time, those guys and gals who

distort, blackmail and threaten to gain their own ends (and I don’t give a dam

what party they belonged to), will find out. I will do my very best to see that

they make the unemployment rolls.

Perhaps their special interest buddies, who buy their lunches and

give them monies for campaigns will give them a job. But I doubt it, since

they are no longer of service to them. Those politicians forget that I am a

taxpayer, and a voter for whom they are elected to serve.

In November, I shall remember.
