Forty years ago this June, 138 bright-eyed seniors garbed in caps and gowns marched down an aisle to “Pomp and Circumstance” at Mount Si High School.
Today, we laugh about Mr. Keller teaching us to dance in the fall of 1960 and how we wish our own children had a place like the “Y” to learn the many things Harold Keller taught us. We also reminisce about ball games and going to the Gateway Cafe to order a Coke and fries from the corner booth. Do you remember your senior ball or spending graduation night at Steve’s Gay ’90s?
If this is sounding all too familiar, we hope to see you at our 40th class reunion on the weekend of Aug. 18 and 19, 2006. We wish to extend an invitation to all 1966 grads. We also extend an invitation to those who may have attended Mount Si as part of the class of 1966.
