I think everyone should vote “Yes” for the levies for the Snoqualmie Valley School District. The one for the buses is especially important. Some days my bus is really crowded because other buses break down and we have to fit two buses full of kids on one bus. Lastly, repairing the old buses now is taking away from other areas so kids may not have as many opportunities.

Also, the technology levy is pretty important. Our family just got a new computer for Christmas, which has made me realize how out-of-date the school computers are. Our science curriculum calls for each person to have their own laptop, and since we don’t have those we all have to gather around the teacher’s computer. Lastly, when we take attendance in the classroom the server is often broken, so we have to either carry it to the office or wait until the server is running again to report attendance.

Last, the maintenance and operation (M&O) levy is extremely important. My family just moved here from Wisconsin last year and my parents wouldn’t have liked North Bend as much if the schools weren’t as good as they are. If you vote for the M&O levy, the schools will be able to keep up the good work.

It would be great if you voted “Yes” for all three of the levies!
