Gathering meant a lot to firefighters
Letter to the Editor
On Wednesday, April 12, at the Fall City fire station, Kevin Hauglie and I were surprised by a gathering of family, friends and coworkers, past and present. We each had recently completed 25 years of service with the department, beginning in 1981.
The kind words, the cards and gifts were so appreciated. It was truly an honor to be recognized by a group of people who have given so much to others in our community. You all should be proud of your accomplishments and service to others. As for us, we are truly blessed to have so many high caliber people we can call our friends.
Thank you all.
Chris Connor and Kevin Hauglie
