Falls viewshed cannot be compromised

Letter to the Editor.

Once again the Falls Crossing decision has been delayed due to

missing or incomplete data and other important issues regarding our

Valley. Oh, but rest assured, the attorney for Puget Western assures us that

everything will be OK if approved.

How can we be sure? I’m sure all remember an earlier comment in

the newspaper by Bob Boyd, president for Puget Western, and his statement

that the Snoqualmie Tribe wanted to put a casino at Falls Crossing. As you

will recall, he followed this with another statement that he had

“exaggerated.” Sorry folks, but I can only wonder

how many more “exaggerations” are nested in all this well prepared yet

incomplete information they are pulling together.

I can tell you this … the Snoqualmie Falls viewshed cannot

be compromised, and that is no exaggeraton.
