I was sad to hear about the honors the Snoqualmie City Council is
planning for Jim Nyberg, vice president of Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Co.
There is a quote, “Not all who deserve will win, not all who win
will deserve.” I believe this quote fits
these proposed honors.
There are many dedicated volunteer citizens who fought the
urban Snoqualmie development, trying to keep our Valley rural. I believe
they are the ones who should receive the honors.

You can attend a town hall in Snoqualmie from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 18 at Snoqualmie Library, 7824 Center Blvd. SE, to talk about how the Veterans, Seniors and Human Services Levy monies should be spent during the next six years.
