Teri Kutzer

Teri Kutzer was born Theresa Eileen Moen in Bellingham on March 31, 1947. Teri passed away on December 23, 2010 in Seattle after a year-long illness. She grew up in Mount Vernon, graduated from MVHS in 1965, and married Doug Kutzer of Burlington in 1966. After working for Weyerhauser and PACCAR, she retired in 2002 and she and Doug moved from their home in Snoqualmie to South Lake Tahoe. Together they enjoyed traveling, skiing, boating, and spending time with family. Teri is survived by her husband Doug, daughters Kris Board and Kelly Kutzer of San Diego, granddaughters Erin Board of Seattle and Carson Board of Maple Valley, great-grandson Riley Duncan of Seattle, parents Don and Lil Moen of Bellingham and Mary Barker and Bob Padhola of Mount Vernon, sister Nancy Polky (John) of Kent, brother Jon Moen (Mary) of Kent, and numerous nieces and nephews. At Teri’s request, there will be no services.
