Rodney H. Goodman

Rodney H. Goodman a long time resident of North Bend passed away on March 29th of 2016 at his most recent home in Moses Lake Washington. Borne to parents Lavern and Irene Goodman on November 26, 1944 Rod spent most of his youth in the Carnation area. Leaving Tolt High School at the age of 17 to enlist with the U.S. Navy for one tour of duty. Returning back to Washington Rod worked at the Weyerhaeuser mill in Snoqualmie for 37 years before relocating to Moses Lake.

Rod was preceded on death by his parents Lavern and Irene and his brother Charlie Goodman. He is survived by his widow Anita Goodman of Washington, three children and their families Terri Totton of Ca., Rick Goodman, Tiffany Hall and four grandchildren Jessica, David Jr., Alicia and Emma all of Washington. Four sisters Juanita Gilmore of Mt., Linda Thompson, Nancy Benedict, and Lois Goodman all of Washington. He had three nieces, one grandniece and a nephew.

A memorial service and a celebration of life are being planned to take place in Moses Lake at a later date.

Rod was a kind and caring person and will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him.
